Worship With Us Every Sunday!
online and in person worship

We have several daily or weekly spiritual growth offerings which are continuing online throughout the year. There are daily devotionals, children's stories, Sunday School, and interesting articles posted regularly through our church facebook page: www.facebook.com/bjumc.

On Sundays at 11:00AM, our Adult Bible Discussion Group still meets, online! We are kicking off a new class this week, in which we will be looking at Daniel and Ruth. This class will run through the end of the season (June).

Click here Sunday at 11AM to join this class!

All Are Welcome

Daily Devotionals are being posted online every morning about 9:00AM on our church Facebook page. If you or your family would like to submit a daily devotional, please contact Pastor Matt. To view the daily devotionals, just click this link!

Our Sunday Worship service takes place at 9:30 am every Sunday.  Kids start Sunday School following the childrens’ sermon at approximately 9:45 am.  Sunday Services are a "blended" traditional/contemporary service, following the traditional liturgical structure.

Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 pm, started in January 2020!  Due to the Covid pandemic, we have suspended our Wednesday service, which was held via Facebook until we are able to resume our services in the sanctuary. This is a "come as you are" gathering, with lively music, inspiring prayer, and uplifting messages.  Accessible to all ages, we encourage anybody who is interested in a simple expression of faith in a lively spirit to come and check us out!

Worship is not a spectator sport at Bishop Janes United Methodist Church. Inspirational, joyful worship is one of our core values. We come together on Sunday morning to offer our love, our praise, and ourselves to the God who gave his own Son to give us new life.  We do this through music, media, spoken word, and congregational prayer and liturgy.

At our all-age family worship services, we celebrate and blend diverse traditions of worship to offer ourselves — heart, mind, and soul

— to the God who loves us and calls us his own.

Come join our celebration!
