ADULT BIBLE DISCUSSION GROUP

On Sundays at 11:00AM, our Adult Bible Discussion Group meets after our service.

All Are Welcome

 

SUNDAY WORSHIP: 9:30 A.M.

Our Sunday Worship service takes place at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday.  Children start Sunday School following the Childrens’ sermon at approximately 9:45 a.m.  Sunday Services are a "blended" traditional/contemporary service, following the traditional liturgical structure.

WORSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Worship is not a spectator sport at Bishop Janes United Methodist Church. Inspirational, joyful worship is one of our core values. We come together on Sunday morning to offer our love, our praise, and ourselves to the God who gave his own Son to give us new life.  We do this through music, media, spoken word, and congregational prayer and liturgy.

 

At our all-age family worship services, we celebrate and blend diverse traditions of worship to offer ourselves — heart, mind, and soul

— to the God who loves us and calls us his own.
