About The Event
This Ash Wednesday, we are joining with our Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church neighbors to mark the beginning of the Lenten season. Together, we invite you to participate in one of two meaningful Ash Wednesday services on March 5th. See below for information about each service.
The ancient practice of receiving ashes on our foreheads reminds us of our connection to God and our commitment to spiritual renewal.
During these services, you'll experience the marking of ashes in the shape of a cross on your forehead, symbolizing both our human limitations and God's infinite grace. The services will also include the sharing of Holy Communion, representing our unity in Christ's love.
Services will be held:
12:00 PM at Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church
7:00 PM at our church
