Chair Yoga with Amanda Modale

Started on Wednesday, February 5, congregation member Amanda Modale has begun leading weekly chair yoga classes in Melick Hall.

These gentle 45-minute sessions, beginning at 9:30 AM, are designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level or mobility. Amanda's welcoming approach makes this class perfect for both newcomers to yoga and experienced practitioners.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and bring a water bottle. The cost is $15 per class, and no advance registration is needed – simply enter through the Melick Hall entrance to join the group. This class is open to the wider community, so feel free to invite friends and neighbors.
