30 Days of Gratitude World Thank Offering!

The United Women in Faith at Bishop Janes Church is thrilled to invite you to participate in a transformative journey during the month of November through our World Thank Offering Calendar – a unique opportunity to express our gratitude for God's blessings and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

The Purpose:

This offering serves as a beautiful reminder of the countless blessings bestowed upon us by God. It's a chance to share these blessings with those in need. The funds collected will be dedicated to our United Women in Faith mission and advocacy programs, reaching women, children, and youth in the United States and around the world.

God's Beautiful Promise:

As people of faith, we often bring our requests to God for health, healing, and hope, both for ourselves and those facing difficulties. The prophet Jeremiah reminds us that even in the midst of sadness and disappointment, we can find reasons to give thanks. "Give thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!" (Jeremiah 33:11, NRSV). In God's time, our prayers are answered, and God does great things!

How to Participate:

Set up your own container to collect the offering.

Use the Gratitude Calendar to jot down daily moments of thankfulness.

Save the Date:

Bring your 30 Days of Gratitude container to our worship service on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, November 29th. Let's share our blessings and thank offerings.
