Interfaith Hospitality Network - IHN
United Methodist Women - UMW - This is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom and whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Piecemakers – This group is open to all women of the community who enjoy working on quilts, sewing, knitting, and doing other hand-work. Meetings are held in the church each Thursday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Most items created by the Piecemakers are sold at the United Methodist Women’s annual bazaar ‘Homespun Holidays’ and at Bernards Township Charter Day with proceeds supporting missions. Other items are donated to local charities.
MSG - Mature Singles Group - This group meets on the first Saturday of each month at a local restaurant for breakfast at 9:30AM. The mission is to provide support to those individuals who are facing many facets of modern life in a couples-oriented society as singles. During the month, the group participates in other activities where helping hands are needed – such as providing food for IHN guests and fulfilling other support needed in our church family.
